Halloween Party Games for Large Groups Printable: Bracket, Scoreboard & Station Kit

Most Halloween party games are built for 6 to 10 people around a living room. But school parties, church harvest festivals, and company events need games for 30, 50, even 100+ guests — and “everyone sit in a circle” stops working fast. Big groups need a different playbook: tournament formats, station rotations, and scoreboards that keep the energy up without a host shouting over a crowd.

Below is the complete printable kit for large-group Halloween parties: a tournament bracket, a station-rotation schedule, a giant scoreboard, team sign-up sheets, and five games that scale — all written out so you can print this page and run a 50-person party tonight. Free. The designed matching bundle is in our Etsy shop, linked at the end.

Why Large Groups Need a Different Game Plan

I’ve helped run a church fall festival for about 80 kids, and here’s the big lesson: with large groups, the game isn’t the hard part — the logistics are. Waiting in line kills the fun faster than a boring game does. The fix is parallelism: multiple game stations running at the same time, teams rotating between them, and a scoreboard that turns the whole thing into a friendly competition. Nobody waits more than five minutes, and the host isn’t herding cats all night.

The second lesson: keep every game dead simple to explain. With a big crowd, you get about 30 seconds of attention for instructions. If a game needs a two-minute explanation, simplify the game. The five games below each take one sentence to explain, and that’s on purpose.

Printable #1: Tournament Bracket (16 Teams)

For head-to-head games (cornhole, ring toss, relay races). Print big — poster size if you can — and hang it where everyone can see it.

SF2: __________ vs __________ — Winner: __________

CHAMPIONSHIP
__________ vs __________ — CHAMPION: __________

With fewer than 16 teams, give the top seeds a first-round bye — it makes the bracket look official and the good teams feel special. With more than 16, run a quick qualifying round at each station and take the top 16 scores.

Printable #2: Station Rotation Schedule

The backbone of any big party. Divide guests into teams, assign each team a starting station, and rotate every 15 minutes on a whistle or a bell.

STATION ROTATION SCHEDULE
Rotation length: 15 minutes | Signal: __________ (whistle/bell/song)

STATIONS:
Station 1: Witch Hat Ring Toss
Station 2: Mummy Wrap Race
Station 3: Pumpkin Bowling
Station 4: Halloween Trivia
Station 5: Donut-on-a-String
Station 6: Costume Photo Booth

ROTATION CHART (each team moves to the next station when the signal sounds)
| Time | Team A | Team B | Team C | Team D | Team E | Team F |
| 7:00 | Stn 1 | Stn 2 | Stn 3 | Stn 4 | Stn 5 | Stn 6 |
| 7:15 | Stn 2 | Stn 3 | Stn 4 | Stn 5 | Stn 6 | Stn 1 |
| 7:30 | Stn 3 | Stn 4 | Stn 5 | Stn 6 | Stn 1 | Stn 2 |
| 7:45 | Stn 4 | Stn 5 | Stn 6 | Stn 1 | Stn 2 | Stn 3 |
| 8:00 | Stn 5 | Stn 6 | Stn 1 | Stn 2 | Stn 3 | Stn 4 |
| 8:15 | Stn 6 | Stn 1 | Stn 2 | Stn 3 | Stn 4 | Stn 5 |

After the last rotation, teams gather at the scoreboard for final tallies and awards.

Printable #3: The Giant Scoreboard

Print on the biggest paper you have (or copy onto a whiteboard/poster). Hang it centrally. Update scores after each rotation — watching the numbers move is half the fun.

HALLOWEEN PARTY SCOREBOARD

| Team | Ring Toss | Mummy Wrap | Bowling | Trivia | Donut Race | Photo Booth | TOTAL |
| Team A (name: _______) | | | | | | | |
| Team B (name: _______) | | | | | | | |
| Team C (name: _______) | | | | | | | |
| Team D (name: _______) | | | | | | | |
| Team E (name: _______) | | | | | | | |
| Team F (name: _______) | | | | | | | |

SCORING: Each station awards 1st=10 pts, 2nd=7 pts, 3rd=5 pts, everyone else=2 pts for playing.
SPIRIT BONUS: +5 pts for best team name, +5 pts for best team cheer. (Judged by the host. Bribery with candy is encouraged.)

Printable #4: Team Sign-Up Sheet

Tape this to the entrance. Guests form their own teams of 5–8 on arrival — it doubles as a headcount.

TEAM SIGN-UP

Team name: ____________________ Captain: ____________________

5 Games That Actually Scale to Big Groups

  1. Mummy Wrap Race — One “mummy” per team, the rest wrap them in toilet paper. Fastest full wrap wins. Takes 3 minutes, works for 100 people, and the photos are incredible.
  2. Pumpkin Bowling — Small pumpkins as balls, plastic bottles as pins. One lane per station keeps it moving. (Yes, the pumpkins get dented. Buy extras.)
  3. Donut-on-a-String — Donuts hang from a line, hands behind backs, first to finish eating wins. The universal crowd-pleaser. Buy plain glazed — powdered sugar plus costumes is a laundry disaster.
  4. Halloween Trivia Relay — Teams huddle, one runner brings answers to the host. 10 questions, fastest correct answers win. Keeps big teams engaged because everyone debates each answer.
  5. Witch Hat Ring Toss — Set up two or three toss lines side by side so teams play simultaneously instead of queuing. Five rings each, best team total wins the station.

Hosting a Big Group Without Losing Your Mind

  • Recruit station captains. You cannot run six stations alone. One responsible adult or teen per station, each with a printed copy of their game’s one-sentence rules. Brief them 15 minutes before guests arrive.
  • Use a loud, unmistakable rotation signal. A whistle, an air horn, or a specific song played loud. Announce at the start: “When you hear ___, rotate.” People will still need reminding the first two times.
  • Build in buffer time. The schedule above is 90 minutes of games. Add 30 minutes of slack for late arrivals, bathroom breaks, and the inevitable station that runs long. Nobody ever complained a party ended on time.
  • Keep prizes team-sized. Winning teams split a bag of good candy, or each member gets a small trophy or medal. Dollar-store gold medals with “Halloween Champion” written on them are a massive hit.
  • End with an all-group finale. After stations, bring everyone together for one big game — a costume parade vote, a dance freeze contest, or a group trivia lightning round. It gives the night a proper ending instead of just fizzling out.

Want the designed version? The free bracket, schedule, scoreboard, and sign-up sheets above will run your event. But if you want the full designed bundle — illustrated bracket poster, scoreboard, team cards, station signs, and award certificates in one coordinated set — it’s in our Etsy shop: fukroo.etsy.com.

That’s the kit. Teams, stations, a bracket, a scoreboard, and five games that scale. Print the pages, recruit your station captains, blow the whistle, and let the chaos begin — the organized kind, where everyone plays and nobody waits in line.
